Join us for a special evening walk to see the White-Tailed Eagles on Hoy.
We will take the late afternoon ferry from Stromness, spotting seabirds on the crossing. Once on Hoy, we will enjoy a leisurely walk to the Dwarfie Stone, looking out for a variety of wildlife including Hen Harriers, Stonechats, Redpolls and wildflowers.
At the Dwarfie Stone, Megan will share with you the special story of the White-Tailed Eagles and their return to Hoy, as you tuck into your picnics. Megan is very passionate about the local wildlife, and in particular the Hoy eagles, and she will be able to show you things you might not see yourself. We will return on the Friday night boat, departing Hoy at 10pm.
