This beautiful walk follows a cliff top path along the west coast of South Ronaldsay. Here, we are able to escape the crowds and get off the beaten track. There are plenty of opportunities to spot a huge variety of wildlife throughout the summer months including seabirds, seals, wildflowers, insects (butterflies, moths, bees, wasps, etc) and maybe some cetaceans if we are very lucky. The views on a clear day are stunning!
Walk Length approx. 3 miles
This is a linear walk so we will return by the same route.
It is possible to extend this walk if you are interested in something a bit longer.
NB This is a narrow cliff top path, if you suffer from vertigo please inform us at the time of enquiry.
Please wear walking boots, and bring warm waterproof clothing, a drink and a snack. Further information about where to meet and what to bring with you will be included in the booking confirmation.
